As a general guide, we organize our services along the following phases of the philanthropy cycle:

Initiate: Establish your preliminary goals regarding the philanthropic work you are most passionate about.

Reflect: Consider your strengths and your opportunities for improvement.  How can we build on your strengths and support the areas where you could benefit the most from expert help?

Plan: Based on the results of the above, how would you prioritize your giving?  What types of expertise would be most helpful as we consider pulling together your Board of Advisors?

Act: We put your plans into motion!  We assemble your Board of Advisors and begin identifying and funding the organizations who will be helping you reach your philanthropic goals.

Monitor: We work with the funded organizations to keep careful track of their progress, ensuring the appropriate controls are in place, and reporting back to you and your Board at regular intervals. This ties back to the “Reflect” phase, as we continuously seek to refine and refocus your philanthropic efforts throughout the life of your work.
